Based on our initial chat and working with your planner and venue-coordinator we’ll create a timeline together. For weddings 8-10 hours is average, micro weddings and elopements range on average between 2-6 hours. Please keep in mind that your coverage remains flexible until we finalise your timeline a few weeks prior to your special day.
Absolutely! Most of my couples feel a little camera shy and that’s completely normal. We’ll get to know each other leading up to your wedding so you can feel relaxed and at ease on your big day. We’ll also provide gentle guidance during your portrait session to help you feel comfortable, confident, and have fun. No worrying about what to do with your hands or one another, we got you!
If you feel as though you need a practice run you can add an engagement session to your custom collection! This will help you get in front of the camera before the big day without feeling pressured. It’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon celebrating your upcoming vows with the added benefit of getting beautiful photos for your wedding website and/or save the dates.
The number of images you receive will depend on a few factors such as the number of hours of coverage and how many photographers are present. Couples that book full-day wedding coverage with 2 photographers normally receive up to 950 images.

Galleries are delivered within 3 weeks. You will receive an online gallery to share with family and friends.
Your online gallery will be emailed to you within 4 weeks of your wedding day. Using the link, you can instantly access all of your photos so you can easily share them with friends and family, download them, and print them. Your artwork order will be delivered according to a timeline that suits you best, which we will discuss together after your wedding day.
Yes. We understand the importance of a stress-free wedding day, so we make sure to collaborate with you, your wedding planner, and the venue coordinator to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
During our planning stage, we’ll discuss every aspect of your day, including the best place and time for photos, sunset, and our action plan for formal portraits. From there, we’ll collaborate on a timeline with your wedding team and continue making small adjustments before finalising a few weeks ahead of your wedding.
We will review each image and apply a signature editing style with colour correction. Your images are always edited naturally, and all images selected for album or artwork orders will receive a second round of review, editing, and advanced retouching where needed. Advanced retouching includes edits like tan line removal, blemish removal, fly-away hair removal, etc.
Yes we do, Chad specialises in video and works alongside Kirsty for couples that combine both photo and video services. If video is booked separately and Kirsty is available, she’ll work alongside Chad filming your day. Our signature collection has everything you need from a long documentary edit of up to 20 minutes, ceremony and reception speeches as well as a highlight film and trailer. You get it all.
Yes, artwork design and ordering appointments are included in all of our collections. Popular artwork options include an heirloom album, parent albums and framed prints.
Most couples choose to add these heirloom pieces on at the time of booking but If your original collection didn’t include any artwork you can still add it on before the wedding to take advantage of savings available for pre-wedding purchases. Artwork add-ons are also available after the wedding at standard pricing. All orders include advanced retouching like tan line removal, blemish removal, fly-away hair removal, etc.

We accept bookings up to 18 months ahead of your event, but please keep in mind that we only accept a limited number of bookings per year. This is to provide the highest quality of service possible, as we are committed to providing a personalised experience with support and guidance right from the beginning.

A 30% deposit of your total balance is required to secure your wedding date on our calendar. However, we understand that planning a wedding is a big investment, so to make this process seamless for our couples, we offer flexible payment options for the remaining balance.
